Yearly Service STARTING RATE
Service Description
YEARLY PEST CONTROL IS FOR STARTING RATES! CALL IF YOUR HOME IS LARGER THAN 2,000 SQ FT, OR HAS AN EXISTING CONCERN. $275 IS THE START UP FEE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN ACTIVE PROBLEM ON STARTUP SERVICES. PLEASE BE UPFRONT OR THE TECHNICIAN UPON ARRIVAL WILL DENY SERVICE UNLESS YOU AGREE TO PAY THE STARTUP FEE. Yearly Pest Control covers the property for all general pests in or on a building structure. (excludes Termites and Bed Bugs). Yearly Pest Service includes a yearly spray interior service, treatment of pipe flanges, and heavy crack and crevice treatments. We also spray the exterior on initial service and come out for an additional exterior treatment six months from initial startup date. All call backs are at no additional charge. 386-956-9506
Cancellation Policy
Please note that any booking performed with our online service will result in a 4hr window starting from the requested time of booking. To avoid such a long estimated time of arrival, we encourage you to call and book with our office staff direct during normal business hours at 386-956-9506. Please note we must have your full contact name, phone number and email, to process any online booking service. Failure to provide all of the above mentioned will result in service not being set up.
